eta : the main and 3 add-ons sold out quickly, but as of monday morning wildflower was still available, as were the more paper add-on (all the paper in the main kit), more SC paper, and add-on patterned paper (patterned paper from all four of the add-ons).
i'm in love with the KI calendar paper in the main kit. i wanted to use the calendar side for the colored border, but didn't want to use it as a calendar. i turned it on it's side and added a strip of pp over the dates - problem solved!
i've had these photos printed forever - i had actually first planned on using them with the mendocino add-on from november, but that page never came together. when i saw these JBS number banners, i knew it was time to try again. i love this story, and i'm glad to have it on a page. i also love that black and white striped ribbon.
the title on this page was inspired by nic's "use your words" challenge over at the sc blog. i honestly had no clue what to call this page - and finally settled on just using the same set of words that i'd used when i posted the main photo for wordless wednesday. i think it works. this was my favorite page this month - i love how all the bits and colors ended up working together.
and one last page - can you tell i really loved the thickers this month? i used the stamp from babbling brook along with my cloud punches to make the clouds - i think i'll be doing this more often. i had to use that gorgeous black and white ribbon again, too.
and now... i'm off to bed. i'm hoping for a restful night from sam - he seems to be feeling better. if you have any questions about how i made these, please let them in the comments!
