i'll admit that when i first saw this kit, i loved it - but really didn't think it would be as easy for me to scrap with as some other kits have been.
i was wrong. WAY wrong. i think, as a whole, this is my favorite set of projects that i've made with a kit. i can't even pinpoint which page i like best. i think sometimes when a kit doesn't *fit* you exactly, it's easier to go to town and just play.
this first sneak uses the baker's dozen main kit and the petit fours addon, as well as turquoise mist. i used broken china ink, too, but you can't see it in this view. =) i whitewashed the background and then sprayed it with the mist - i love how it turned out.
this one uses the main kit and scones. see that peek at a fun vintage item?? that's the whole reason i bought scones. i also used cherry mist and dried marigold ink.
this one uses bits and pieces from the main and all three addons. the background was sprayed with gold mist, which looks lovely in person and doesn't really show in the photographs. this page has a bit of stamping done with timber brown stazon, and some cream mist that you can't see in this sneak. =)
and some other odds and ends that i used on my pages (these as well as the ones i posted last week), in case you need help shopping ;) - the martha crown corner and border punch set, the martha med double butterfly punch, and fiskars round n round squeeze punches in L and XL. oh, and a regular circle hole punch.
the countdown is on - the shop update (and there are going to be some beautiful new punches!) and subscriber presale for addons happens wednesday at noon est, and the main kit and add-ons will go on sale to everyone at midnight est wednesday night. you can see the prices and shop items here and take a peek at the confirmed clues in photos here. =)
