three boys. three schools. three schedules. we're in for an interesting year. =) sam started back this morning, so now the fun really starts. =) the photo above is each of the boys standing on their school on a map of omaha at the durham museum. they're a little spread out across the city!
i've got a challenge up on the studio calico blog this week - i hope you'll all join in! lately, i've found myself drawn to scrapping photos within days of them being shot. there's just something about getting it all onto paper while it's still fresh in your mind! for this page, i started with studio calico's heyday line and then brought in a few bits and pieces from the style guide and roadshow addons (can you believe that they're both still available???). sam was a little nervous about his new school this morning, and i'm glad that i have this layout to remind me that all is good!

happy tuesday!! i've enjoyed the quiet this morning.. it's been a long time since i've had uninterrupted work time! no breaks to play legos, no stopping to mediate fights, no one has asked for a snack.. gotta love it. that being said, i miss my little sidekick and am glad it's almost time to go get him. i promised him mcd's for lunch and some quality lego time when he gets home!
